Focused Staffing is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in serving students with special needs. This full-time position offers a salary of $60 per hour and a range of benefits.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized instruction plans to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress, using data analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform instruction.
  • Act as an IEP Case Manager, ensuring compliance with state-mandated procedures and coordinating IEP meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and the IEP team, providing regular updates and reports on student progress.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • A Bachelor's Degree and PA Teaching Certification.
  • Strong social perceptiveness, learning strategies, and critical thinking abilities.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
