Lead Teacher of Inclusive Education

As a Lead Teacher of Inclusive Education at KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Learning
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Infuse core values into daily lessons and promote school-wide student culture systems
- Regularly analyze student work and academic data to inform instructional practices
- Special Education
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of special education programs
- Maintain IEPs, 504s, evaluations, and ELL programs
- Professional Development
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices
- Participate in grade-level meetings and collaborate with colleagues to tackle common challenges
- At least 2 years of full-time teaching experience in an urban setting
- Bachelor's degree required; Pennsylvania State certification Level I or II preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families to drive student success
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
