Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer ALDI Supply Chain programs to economically secure product for the business.
  • Assist with the advancement of numerous Supply Chain initiatives in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Drive company initiatives and create new ways of working to better support business operations daily.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties as required, maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Support direct leader with the implementation of the Supply Chain Management strategy.
  • Assist with testing of new procedures and systems.
  • Recommend process improvements for area of responsibility.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with divisions and external vendors.
  • Prioritize tasks, take responsibility for results, and use escalation paths if needed.
  • Assist and provide cover for colleagues where necessary.
  • Create and maintain proper Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
  • Analyze and interpret data to recommend a proper course of action.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Business.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, including at least one programming language (not limited to VBA, R, SQL, or Python).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
