Salary: The estimated hourly rate for this role is $42.50. Salary is just one component of our total rewards package, which also includes a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.

Job Description: As a Product Analytics Intern, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our operations in-house tooling product offerings and improving the experience of our warehouse team members, our consignors, and buyers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and machine learning, to define product roadmaps and deliver impactful features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies aligned with our product roadmap.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the pain points of our teams today.
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to prioritize work, and create user stories for teams to work on.
  • Support product launch activities, including testing, training, and post-launch monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Full-time undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field graduating after December 2025.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for understanding user needs and behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
