Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Kensington Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of our residents through therapy.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, generous PTO, and a promote-from-within culture. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents and develop a treatment plan that meets their individual needs.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for residents with communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
- Administer and interpret specialized speech tests, and instruct residents and caregivers on safe swallowing techniques.
- Attend interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to the rehab team.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License.
