MRA Recruiting Services is seeking a highly skilled Management Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time exempt salaried position with an estimated annual salary range of $55,000-$65,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and senior leaders, including coordinating events, meetings, and travel arrangements. They will also be responsible for managing office operations, including office presentation, office support, and administrative processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and senior leaders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manage office operations, ensuring a positive and professional first impression for clients and visitors.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements for managers and executives.
  • Maintain office files, implement efficient filing systems, and retrieve information as requested.
Requirements
  • At least three years of administrative office experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Google Suite or related software and ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and solve problems independently.
Benefits
  • This is a full-time exempt salaried position with an expected base annual salary range $55,000 – $65,000 (Depending on Qualifications & Experience).
  • Onsite In-Person: This position is in-office at AES headquarters (St. Paul, MN).
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Profit sharing bonus based on company performance.
  • PTO accrual of up to 80 hours annually with an additional 40 hours after year 1.
