Certified Surgical Technologist

As a Surgical Technologist at Salem Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operating room environment is safe and sterile. You will be responsible for preparing sterile solutions and medications, assembling and operating instruments, equipment, and supplies. Your passion for patient care and safety will drive your work, and you will demonstrate empathy and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sterile solutions and medications for surgical procedures
- Assemble and operate instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Ensure the operating room environment is safe and sterile
- Collaborate with the surgical team to provide excellent patient care
Requirements:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Completion of an accredited surgical technology educational program or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
