Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer stress, ABI, PFT, and retinal tests to evaluate heart and lung functionality
  • Record and submit test results for professional review and analysis
  • Perform hearing and vision assessments to ensure patient safety and well-being
  • Organize patient samples for lab pick-up and maintain accurate records
  • Foster a compassionate environment for patients during testing and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct follow-up appointments to explain test results and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective care
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as needed
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • No prior medical experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment is essential
  • PANCE Certification (for Physician Assistants only) and active NJ PA License are required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
