Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check in patients for appointments and schedule follow-up appointments
  • Answer calls to schedule appointments and respond to patient inquiries
  • Provide information about our services and hours of operation
  • Call patients to schedule future and same-day appointments
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 6+ months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare
  • Pediatric office experience a plus
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers in stressful situations
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness, and ability to troubleshoot
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
