- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must hold a valid Healthcare Insurance License.
- Previous call center experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule and ability to multitask effectively.
- Dependable and able to maintain attendance.
