Job Overview

Position Summary

The Professional Group is in search of a dedicated and skilled A&P Technician for our esteemed client, LATAM AIRLINES GROUP, situated at Miami International Airport.

The primary goal of this role is to conduct routine and unscheduled inspections and maintenance on aircraft to ensure they are repaired and ready for service.

The fleet managed by our client primarily includes Boeing 777, 767, 787, as well as Airbus 320 and 319 models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance tasks in compliance with relevant technical and customer manuals, as well as FAA regulations and safety protocols.
  • Facilitate the requisition of parts and materials to streamline aircraft maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure that tools, equipment, and the designated workspace are maintained in a clean and organized condition.
  • Verify that all necessary documentation is accurately completed and signed upon the conclusion of maintenance activities.
  • Engage in additional tasks of a similar nature as required by departmental needs.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License is essential.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Boeing 777, 767, and 737 aircraft is mandatory.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules is necessary.
  • A valid passport is required for potential international travel.

This position is classified as Non-Exempt, Full-Time, and eligible for benefits.

Compensation: Up to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
