We're seeking a Senior Principal Inbound Product Manager to lead our product strategy and drive growth to $10B+ in revenue. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for communicating product priorities, building consensus, and assuming leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading product strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Communicating product priorities and building consensus among stakeholders
  • Assuming leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner
  • Working with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
  • Integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Communicating complex problems into easily understood requirements and providing solutions
  • Developing multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
  • Leading the promotion of efforts across different groups of team members and influencing inside and outside of your team

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 12+ years of software product management experience
  • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities
  • Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Experience driving solution development through big-picture solution development
  • Ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $163,000 - $285,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
