1. Educational Instruction:
- Deliver engaging didactic lectures focused on periodontal pre-clinical content.
- Facilitate simulation exercises to enhance pre-clinical learning.
- Participate in the assessment of educational outcomes, including evaluations from students and peers, to refine curriculum content and delivery.
2. Collaboration and Community Engagement:
- Actively engage in various service opportunities within the school, university, and broader community.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and humanism among faculty and students.
Qualifications:
Essential Knowledge:
- Understanding of comprehensive periodontal examination protocols.
- Familiarity with universal and area-specific dental instrumentation.
- Expertise in pre-clinical teaching methodologies.
Educational Background:
- DDS/DMD or equivalent international degree from an accredited dental institution.
Licensure:
- Current CPR certification is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication abilities with diverse populations including patients, students, and faculty.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Reflective practice and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising professional judgment.
Experience:
