Position Overview

The Vice President of Regional Operations is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of skilled nursing facilities within the designated area, ensuring that Cascades Healthcare delivers exceptional services to our patients.

This role encompasses a territory in Utah, specifically between two key locations.

Cascades Healthcare prioritizes a people-centric approach. Our core principles include integrity in leadership, empowerment of individuals, and achievement of positive outcomes. We are dedicated to enhancing each patient's functional independence to facilitate a safe transition to the next level of care.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related discipline.
  • Possession of a valid Nursing Home Administrator license is required.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in long-term care management.
  • Prior experience in regional management of skilled nursing facilities or long-term care is highly desirable.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently within the central and southern regions.
