Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintaining Hotel Rooms: Ensure that all hotel rooms and suites are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, paying attention to all details, including bathrooms, kitchens, and linens.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operating Cleaning Equipment: Safely operate all cleaning equipment, including vacuums, cleaning solutions, and other machinery.
- Collaborating with Team Members: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assisting with Laundry and Other Tasks: Assist with laundry tasks, linen changing, and other assigned duties to maintain the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
Requirements:
- Previous Cleaning Experience: Preferably 6 months of cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Emotional Intelligence and Communication Skills: Possess emotional intelligence and strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to Anticipate Guest Needs: Demonstrate the ability to anticipate guests' needs and provide excellent service to ensure a pleasant stay.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D).
