Salary

Job Description
As a Lifesaving Donor Experience Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assist with every step of the blood collection process. This includes collaborating with your team to transport and set up equipment at collection sites, creating a welcoming environment for donors, and following safety procedures while collecting blood donations. You will work with volunteers to ensure they feel comfortable and supported throughout the donation process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have strong customer service skills and effective verbal communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience is preferred. You must also have a valid driver's license and good driving record, as well as physical stamina to lift, push, or pull heavy weights.
