Position Overview

The role of the Research Compliance Specialist - IRB is crucial in maintaining the integrity of research practices within the institution. This position is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and institutional policies related to research compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate research proposals to ensure compliance with ethical standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to researchers regarding compliance issues.
  • Facilitate the review process of research protocols by the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
  • Develop and implement training programs for researchers on compliance matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
