Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Board Assembly Specialist to join our team at ResourceMFG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating an automated assembly and/or production line, ensuring high-quality products are produced while meeting customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review orders from a defined specification sheet or receive instructions from a supervisor to ensure that materials and specifications are correct.
- Operate and repair basic machinery, performing start-up and shutdown procedures for the production line.
- Check for adherence to customer specifications, accurate roll count, and production records.
- Operate a chain hoist or other equipment to load raw material, and monitor and assist in maintaining raw materials and supplies used in production.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area, and work overtime as required.
Requirements:
- Great attitude and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for 8-10 hours.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
