Job Summary

The Kitchen Helper/Dietary Aide will assist the Cook in preparing and serving meals, following established policies and procedures. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Cook in preparing and serving meals
  • Follow established policies and procedures for food preparation and service
  • Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Specialized training in food service desirable
  • Current ServSafe certification required
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds
