Role Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be instrumental in the design and development of cutting-edge test equipment for the Next Gen Interceptor (NGI) Program. This role involves:

  • Leading the research, design, and development of electrical ground support systems for various electronic equipment, including avionics and telemetry.
  • Designing electronic hardware, including signal conditioning and interfacing with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) instrumentation.
  • Overseeing hardware and software integration for system validation and field testing.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Proven experience in developing and designing card/box level test equipment.
  • Strong background in cable and electronic system board design and troubleshooting.
  • Experience as a technical lead in relevant projects.

Basic Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in all phases of Electrical Ground Support Equipment development.
  • An active DoD Interim Secret clearance or higher, along with U.S. Citizenship.

Preferred Skills

Ideal candidates will also have:

  • Experience as a Test Conductor or Test Director for missile electrical testing.
  • Knowledge in automated test design and integration using various instrumentation.
  • Familiarity with LabVIEW development and electrical flight system design.
