Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including floor management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent service and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement business plans, goals, and objectives that align with the company's overall strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including health and safety, food safety, and employment laws.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
