Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled M&S and JADC2 expert to provide direct support to a Department of Defense customer for multi-domain effects technology transition and fielding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead advisor to DoD program managers for the evaluation of advanced M&S tools and JADC2 technology
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to program staff in the following areas:
    • Multi-domain systems
    • Modeling and simulation of mission-level and campaign-level operations
    • JADC2, ABMS, EW, and Cyber
  • Oversee the technical efforts of FFRDC, National Lab, or contractor RF R&D studies
  • Provide detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements for mission-critical challenges/issues
  • Written documentation and briefing of essential job functions
  • Ability to translate complex ideas and data into simple, actionable recommendations or easily differentiated courses of action
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a science, engineering, or technical field or BS with 20+ years relevant experience
  • 10 years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than three (3) years' experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment
  • Experience must include electronic warfare, cyber, modeling and simulation, and JADC2
  • Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, work independently and recognize management issues that need to be elevated
  • Excellent oral, written, and reporting communication skills
  • Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced, and highly dynamic environment
