Job Title: Dentist

Community Health Care is seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, including routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, and other procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a full range of professional dental services, including oral and radiographic examination, diagnosis of oral pathology, restoration of cavities, and administering local anesthesia.
  • Regularly prescribe and/or dispense appropriate medications to patients.
  • Treat successfully a patient population which contains people who present actual or potential behavioral problems that require skills in patient handling.
  • Direct, supervise and review the assigned dental staff, including dental assistants, hygienists, and dental custodian.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of a quality improvement program, including the electronic dental record, protocols for the dental management of identified oral health problems, and internal dental audit mechanism.
Requirements:
  • DDS, DMD Degree and a current Washington State Dentist License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
