Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Aligned Dental Partners, LLC. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our doctors in delivering high-quality dental services.

Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Welcome, comfort, seat, and drape patients to make them feel at ease during their dental visit.

Assist in pouring, trimming, and polishing study casts and fabricating aesthetically pleasing temporary restorations.

Provide information and education to patients by answering their questions and requests.

Clean and polish removable appliances to maintain their quality and appearance.

Anticipate the needs of our doctors in set-ups, suction, and the passing of instruments and materials.

Document dental care services by thorough charting in patient records.

Maintain OSHA compliance by ensuring the sterilization of instruments, dental equipment, and treatment rooms.

Contribute to a positive and engaging team environment by being a team player and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Active CPR Certification and X-Ray Certification are required for this role.

Availability to work practice hours as needed, Monday through Friday.
