Job Summary:

Birons Youth Sports Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for leading gymnastics classes for children of various ages, from 6 months to 18 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging gymnastics programs for children of different age groups and skill levels.
  • Lead classes, workshops, and camps, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Assess and evaluate gymnastics skills and abilities of children, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program.
  • Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in gymnastics coaching or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety protocols, and child development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with children, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
