About the Role

Birons Youth Sports Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for leading gymnastics classes for children of various ages, from 6 months to 18 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging gymnastics classes for children of different age groups and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students.
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children to develop their gymnastics skills.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children in a gymnastics or sports-related setting.
  • Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
