At ClearPoint, we're seeking an exceptional Operations Support Specialist to join our team. With a focus on delivering top-notch customer service, you'll work closely with multiple groups to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks. As a cross-trained member of the operations team, you'll be empowered to research and resolve discrepancies, recommend process improvements, and adapt to shifting priorities.
In this role, you'll perform daily operations functions, including new business entry, payment posting, contract service processing, and reconciliation of outstanding cash items. You'll also provide excellent customer service support, accurately enter data into trust and recordkeeping systems, and follow up on issues such as missing information or incomplete documents. Your strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to quickly comprehend new topics will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.
