Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial valuation, forensic, and appraisal assessments, including the formulation of comparative adjusted financial statements and data preparation for expert witness presentations.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of applicable statutory and family regulations and their relevance to forensic accounting practices.
  • Engage in client projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality in service delivery.
  • Develop forensic and economic models to illustrate standard forensic accounting systems.
  • Identify issues within cases and collaborate with colleagues to enhance processes and resolve challenges.
  • Work in conjunction with the discovery team to catalog and reconcile documents and data for submission to legal entities and clients.
  • Assist in the creation of exhibits and background materials for expert witness presentations.

  • Oversee client matters related to compliance services, engagement status, and profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA, CFA, or equivalent credentials are strongly preferred.
  • Significant experience in forensic accounting, particularly in family law contexts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of statutory and family regulations, especially in relation to forensic accounting principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently, delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Experience in mentoring and training team members.
  • Capacity to uphold client confidentiality and maintain the highest ethical standards.
