Position Overview

This role is PRN or as needed (12 Hour Shifts)

We are currently seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to become part of the National Lutheran Communities & Services family. The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver essential services, including medication administration and personal care assistance. You will be tasked with providing direct, hands-on support to residents, ensuring they achieve and maintain optimal physical, mental, and emotional health. Your commitment to care will reflect the same dedication you would offer to your own family.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position is $26.50, contingent upon experience.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a C.N.A. Certification and a Medication Aide qualification. Proficiency in safe medication administration techniques is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, exhibit a collaborative spirit, and possess a genuine passion for serving the elderly. Experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous. We welcome recent graduates, as we provide comprehensive training on our procedures and organizational culture.
