About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill this critical position, providing crucial support to individuals experiencing homelessness. As a Residential Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.

Primary Duties:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Work closely with Case Managers to create and implement personalized service plans, addressing barriers to housing stability and wellness.
  • Participate in regular meetings with management staff to discuss client progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in residential support, case management, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with LAHSA-funded programs and their eligibility criteria.
Compensation Package:

Our competitive salary package includes $24.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
