Our Cardiac Rehabilitation department is a fast-paced outpatient unit that provides care to patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
  • Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
