Job Title: Renovation Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renovation Project Coordinator to join our team at Doci Companies.

Job Summary:

The Renovation Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of renovation projects. This includes managing on-site construction teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the highest quality of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities for renovation projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and make adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
  • Manage and oversee subcontractors and laborers, ensuring quality workmanship and productivity.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial progress to project managers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as they arise.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations related to renovation projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
