  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care, promoting a fiscally responsible and inclusive clinical environment.
  • Professional Development and Initiative: Complete ongoing professional competency assessments, required mandatory education, and population-specific training.
  • Evidence-Based Practice and Research: Promote evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement in nursing, upholding all health care system/organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the State of Georgia
  • Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
  • Minimum 1 year of direct patient care in an acute care setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Inter- and intra-departmental coordination of patient care activities
