Role Overview:
As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Oracle, you will leverage your expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to drive impactful sales initiatives. Your role will involve showcasing Oracle's Supply Chain solutions and articulating the value of our offerings to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Oracle's product suite and future enhancements.
- Analyze and evaluate competitive solutions in Cloud Planning applications.
- Prepare and present case studies that highlight successful implementations.
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) with comprehensive product insights.
- Identify customer challenges and align them with Oracle's innovative solutions.
- Exhibit exceptional leadership and presentation skills in dynamic environments.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Marketing and Development teams.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets for the product/business unit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in Pre-Sales demonstrations is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with Oracle Applications such as SCM Cloud, Agile, EBS, and JDE.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-driven with the capability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Experience with Cloud architecture is beneficial.
- Professional certifications like CPIM are a plus.
Role Expectations:
In this position, you will serve as a subject matter expert, leading presales technical and functional support activities to ensure client satisfaction. You will mentor junior Sales Consultants and focus on complex sales opportunities that require innovative solutions. Additionally, you will develop training materials and productivity tools for the sales team, delivering exceptional presentations and demonstrations of Oracle's capabilities.
