Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Santa Clara Post Acute. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with ambulation and transfers, ensuring resident safety and comfort
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and promote a culture of safety
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
  • Current CNA certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
  • Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
  • Behavioral care / memory care experience
