Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic bedside care, including assisting patients with mobility and ensuring their condition is monitored properly.
  • Assist patients with dressing, bathing, and other activities of daily living as directed by the supervising nurse.
  • Observe patients and report changes to the nurse, ensuring timely interventions and optimal care.
  • Support convalescing patients with basic care and mobility exercises, promoting their independence and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Current California CNA certification and completion of a CNA certification program.
  • One year of CNA experience, preferably with medically complex patients.
  • Current CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
