About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Premium Auditor to join our team at Davies Risk Services. As a Premium Auditor, you will play a critical role in conducting premium audits and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site, virtual, or phone-based premium audits to review business operations and financial records
  • Submit audit reports via our web-portal and AFIRM's premium auditing software
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and face-to-face discussions
  • Examine commercial businesses' payroll and tax records
  • Evaluate operational practices and adhere to customer requirements and quality standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
Requirements
  • Must live in the geographic area advertised
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful, but not required
  • Strong customer service and people skills are essential
  • Numbers-oriented and knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a huge plus
