As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving pool leaks with remarkable service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and valves
  • Diagnose and resolve pool leaks, including those caused by cracks, holes, and other damage
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as backhoes and excavators, to access and repair pool equipment
  • Perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manual labor or construction
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 100 lbs)
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with pool equipment and repair
  • Knowledge of construction and heavy equipment operation
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
