Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director of Clinical Research to join our international clinical development team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical and genomic expertise to key clinical studies and biopharma projects, collaborating with external research collaborators and internal clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with external research collaborators, project timelines, sample forecasting, and data management and analysis for clinical studies.
- Develop clear and measurable analytical plans, interpret individual testing results, and provide compilation of all analytical data for finalization and approval.
- Provide laboratory expertise to clinical development projects, keep up-to-date with scientific and academic research data, and provide summaries and reviews.
- Prepare data presentations and publications to promote SAGA clinical studies and products, and attend scientific meetings to represent SAGA.
- Maintain study budget for individual collaborations and understand, implement, and verify complex and tailored study budgets or invoicing for projects.
- PhD or equivalent in Cancer Genomics or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a molecular biology environment, with experience in research/clinical trials in the oncology field.
- Computer literacy, including relevant software, and experience in conducting statistical analysis of genomic datasets.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including experience in giving presentations.
- Extensive molecular biology skills, detailed knowledge of Cancer Genomics, and strong troubleshooting and data interpretation skills.
