Front Desk Manager on Duty

Equinox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager on Duty to join its team at its state-of-the-art location in San Francisco.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver the highest level of service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Lead and Coach a Team: Coach and lead a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Assist in Hiring and Training: Assist the Front Desk Manager in hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Lobby: Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and welcoming to members and guests.
- Work Flexible Hours: Be available to work flexible hours, including opening shifts and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
- Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Reliable and Professional: Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Literate: Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Interest in Health and Fitness: A genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness, with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
