We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at CNM. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining commercial-grade heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, as well as performing building maintenance and renovation duties.
Key Responsibilities- System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor building system management programs to ensure equipment is working properly and perform regular inspections to identify potential issues.
- Equipment Repair and Replacement: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems, as well as perform maintenance on facilities, including repairing or replacing light fixtures and filters.
- Renovation and Construction: Assist in completing renovation duties, including painting, graffiti clean-up, and replacing or repairing drywall and ceiling tiles.
- Supply Management: Research, order, and transport parts and materials to make necessary repairs and complete work orders.
- Communication and Reporting: Communicate the status of various work orders, work in progress, and observed problem areas to supervisors and request inventory parts and supplies.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Two years of related experience.
- Certifications: EPA Universal Certification and HVAC Certification.
- License: Valid unrestricted driver's license.
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting. Employees are required to comply with safety regulations, procedures, protocols, and OSHA standards, and wear personal protective gear as required.
