About the Role

Moyer & Son Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Commercial Pest Control division. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Philadelphia and Bucks County territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their pest control needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the value of our pest control services
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business-to-Business sales, preferably in the pest control or related industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
