Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team at Anchor QEA. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll from end to end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your attention to detail and ability to work under deadline pressure will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit timesheets to ensure accuracy
  • Process payroll from start to finish
  • Post payroll GL tasks
  • Provide support to staff with payroll queries
Requirements
  • Associate's degree
  • 2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing in multi-state environments
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Good research and analysis skills
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure
