Our Aspirations for This Role

The Member Support Associate will play a vital role in ensuring our members receive unparalleled support and guidance throughout their journey with Taro Health. You'll embody the essence of our organization by providing expert advice on health insurance plans, network offerings, and medical claims. Your primary focus will be on delivering comprehensive outbound and inbound member communication, guaranteeing every interaction meets the highest standards of customer service.

You will possess a unique blend of skills, including the ability to navigate complex healthcare ecosystems, excel in high-volume call centers, and thrive in collaborative environments where feedback is valued. If you're driven by a passion for education, empowerment, and patient-centric care, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

Opportunity Awaits

As a key member of our team, you'll have the chance to contribute significantly to shaping our culture, product, strategy, and operations. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00am and 6:00pm CST. We prefer candidates residing in Oklahoma, and this role is eligible for comprehensive employee benefits, including health insurance and ICHRA.
