Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Help individuals participate in community activities and enjoy their favorite hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with a team to provide high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking, and adaptability skills
  • A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
