Position Requirements:
We are looking for responsible and dependable individuals to join our specialized team in a part-time capacity as a Medical Records Retrieval Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Upon successful completion of a comprehensive training program, you will be integrated into a local support team. Each week, you will receive a schedule of appointments at nearby healthcare facilities. Your role will involve arriving at designated times to scan and upload medical records using Datavant's proprietary equipment and processes.
Compensation is provided on an hourly basis for the time spent retrieving records, as well as for travel between locations. Additionally, competitive mileage reimbursements and performance-based incentives are available, offering opportunities to earn extra income weekly.
Most associates typically work around 20-25 hours per week, allowing for a balance between work and personal commitments. During peak periods, there may be opportunities to increase hours and appointments.
Success in this field-based role relies on maintaining consistent communication with your regional support team. While some technical skills are necessary for retrieving medical records, those who are open to learning and adaptable to new processes will find ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications:
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to scan, save, rename files, create folders, and upload to secure servers
- A proven history of punctuality, reliability, and high-quality work
- The ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges as they arise
- Dependability in arriving on time for appointments and maintaining clear communication with supervisors
- Professional attire and demeanor at all times
- Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn through a comprehensive training program
- Availability for at least three consecutive days per week between 8 AM and 5 PM
- A reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance and a good-standing driver's license
- The physical capability to lift and maneuver equipment as required
- A willingness to assist with additional responsibilities as needed

Most of the work will be conducted indoors, with minimal exposure to adverse weather conditions. Regular commuting will require the use of a personal vehicle or appropriate public transportation.
Driving constitutes a significant aspect of this role, with various physical requirements such as sitting, talking, and near vision being essential. The role may also involve light lifting and movement.
