We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Mainland. As a Registered Nurse Acute Care Post Surgical, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 12 months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a hospital setting. You will be responsible for coordinating the nursing care of assigned patients in the Unit, providing professional nursing care, and working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient care team personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Provide knowledge and skill necessary to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety, and related criteria for the appropriate age populations.
  • Exercise independent judgment in utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide leadership and work cooperatively with the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
