Ancillary Account Manager

Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a skilled Ancillary Account Manager to join our team in Braintree, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-going service and administration of our ancillary product lines, including multi-life life products, multi-life individual disability income insurance, and traditional IDI policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the annual renewal enrollment experience for in-force accounts, including application follow-up, underwriting coordination, and requirement procurement.
- Accountable for the on-going administration needs of ancillary product lines in the multi-life GUL and GVUL and IDI space.
- Primary point of contact for clients, brokers, carriers, and insureds.
- Off-cycle administration, including terminations and plan additions.
- Invoice coordination.
- Manage client database.
- Carrier interface.
- Recommend and execute strategies to introduce efficiencies and support the overall client experience.
- Establish and manage to Quality Control Procedures.
- Execute problem resolution as needed.
- 3+ years of account management experience in the employee benefits arena.
- Experience with life products on a multi-life platform.
- Experience with IDI products on a multi-life platform (preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of life new business processing experience.
