About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Test Engineer to join our team at LER TechForce. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software test strategies, plans, and specifications for our automotive hybrid platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute software test plans, test specifications, cases, and suites in compliance with industry standards (ASpice/ISO26262)
  • Conduct MIL (model in the loop), SIL (Software in the loop), and HIL (Hardware in the loop) testing
  • Design and implement automated regression testing frameworks to efficiently execute software and systems test plans
  • Lead engineering experience in drafting system schematics, system architecture, and electrical and electronic specifications requirements for electronic control units and test systems
  • Strong expertise in writing technical documentation and user manuals, with prior experience in using ALM tools (Polarion, Doors, Jira, Git, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software and systems testing
Requirements
  • College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines
  • Electro pneumatic braking system experience
  • Strong experience in designing automated regression testing frameworks and conducting HIL testing
  • Prior lead engineering experience in drafting system schematics and electrical and electronic specifications requirements
  • Strong expertise in writing technical documentation and user manuals
  • MS office suit solid knowledge
