Job Summary

Window Genie is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Window Cleaning Technicians. As a Window Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning windows and glass surfaces of residential and commercial buildings, using a variety of techniques and equipment. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean windows and glass surfaces using a non-abrasive glass cleaning solution, water, and rubber squeegee blades.
  • Determine whether window glass is clear, reflective, or tinted, and adapt window cleaning techniques accordingly.
  • Use a scrim or microfiber cloth to dry around the edges of the glass.
  • Use toweling cloths to remove excess water and moisture from window sills.
  • Ensure that all window cleaning and lift equipment are in good working order.
  • Operate aerial lift platforms and other lift equipment to reach the windows of low-rise buildings.
  • Ensure that the company vehicle is adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies at all times.
  • Clean up after each job to ensure that there is no residue or dirt left behind.
  • Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
Requirements
  • No experience necessary, but prior experience in any of our service categories is a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift ladders.
  • Willing and able to work up to 32' on a ladder.
  • Great attitude.
Compensation

$600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
